Maybe it was never supposed to. Just bring Anya and Kantus.

What’s the advantage of kantus? What does his power do?

He increases other pins' damage by 25%. And it stacks if you place more Kantus pins.

The new Raams. Random Pin rewards.

    Lv4 - 75 Common, 9 Rare, 2 Epic
    Lv12 - 105 Common, 15 Rare, 4 Epic

    Another one:

    —RAAM Unleashed v2 (Lv8): 90 Common, 12 Rare, 3 Epic

The level 12 was fairly easy. I think the RAAM's Drone level was 8, and he uses Onyx Guards but I don't remember their level.

What are people's recommendations for load outs for the lvl 12 Raam's Revenge? I have a couple to play and would like to prep for the fight. Would like to avoid Del due to losing some Hordes due to crashes.

Whatever you use for regular RAAM should work. Just keep in mind that RAAM uses level 12 common pins in the third wave, so if your pins are higher than that, it shouldn't be a problem.
Like with old RAAM, you should take the middle Kryll cluster first, and then the others.

The times I've played, I used my Big Butcher deck:

    Anya
    Kantus
    Grinder
    Kait Díaz
    Reyna Díaz
    Shepherds
    Snub Soldiers
    Lancer Gear
    Emergence Hole

It may not be fine tuned for RAAM, but it did the job. My common pins are in the 12-13 range, and the Epics are 5-6.

Edit~ I noticed in the last one I played (lv12) that RAAM uses Del. facepalm I don't think he used him in the first ones I played.

Another edit~ Originally the level 12 thumper had level 8 commons in the third wave (or I could have been wrong). The ones I played today, RAAM used level 12 commons, level 8 rares and level 4 epics.

You use RAAM against RAAM? It must feel pretty good to give him a taste of his own medicine. laugh

Thanks all. I just played with my normal Raams revenge setup and still did it comfortably. However, Played 7 matches today and FOUR of them crashed on wave 3 due to the AI playing Del. What were Mediatonic/TC thinking putting Del in the horde lineup when they know full well it is buggy!

Yeah, that was short-sighted on their part.
Well, there are some new thumpers, haven't tried them yet...

    —Coin Fortune v2 (lv4): 250 Coins, +400 Coins
    —Coin Fortune v2 (lv8): 400 Coins, +600 Coins
    —Coin Fortune v2 (lv12): 600 Coins, +900 Coins

I just played the level 4 one, and while I got 650 coins total, my partner got 500.
And with the level 12, the host gets 600+900 coins, while the co-op partner gets 400+600 coins.

    * * *

New Brumak weekend just started and so far I've played these:

    —Brumak Incoming! v2 (Lv1): 75 Common, 9 Rare, 1 Epic
    —Brumak Incoming! v2 (Lv4): 85 Common, 11 Rare, 2 Epic
    —Brumak Incoming! v2 (Lv8): 95 Common, 13 Rare, 3 Epic

I just played one of those and it is a bit more of a challenge with the Drones at level 16, the Grinder at level 7 and a Winter Kait level 3, I think.

Yeah, we were against the ropes the whole match, had to capture super fast otherwise the AI forces you on the defensive. Can't wait to see what they'll do with raam and the brumak at lvl 16.

    Two Five new horde thumpers:

    —Secret Santa! (Lv1): 9 Rare, 1 Epic
    —Winter Thunderland! (Lv1): 75 Common, 9 Rare, 2 Epic
    —Winter Thunderland! (Lv4): 90 Common, 12 Rare, 3 Epic
    —Winter Thunderland! (Lv8): 105 Common, 15 Rare, 4 Epic
    —Winter Thunderland! (Lv12): 120 Common, 20 Rare, 5 Epic

Secret Santa is interesting because you don't use any of your decks. Instead, you use drop pods (that cost 4 power) that spawn random pins. The Ultimate can be RAAM, Myrrah, and probably other pins.

Winter Thunderland is more like other horde thumpers, but the pins that aren't behind cover get frozen by a blizzard. So non-cover based pins are better placed in a cover lane, but they have to move outside of cover to advance.

In both of these, the rare pins you can get are Cole, Clayton, Sentry or Wretches. You can get 6 possibilities of epic pins, regular Marcus, JD, regular Kait, Reyna, Butcher or Emergence Hole.

Win streak is the main way to get thumpers.

You can get them at the store as well, one per day, during horde events. You also get one free thumper per day through the inbox during these events.

Another way to get them is from the chests you get in versus, but the chances are really small. The better the chest, the (slightly) better the chance to get one.

1.- As of version 1.82, you can get them via the chests from versus matches...
The Small Silver Chest has a 10% chance of awarding a Coin Fortune thumper.
The Regular Silver Chest has a 25% chance of awarding a Coin Fortune thumper.
The Large Silver Chest has a 50% chance of awarding a Brumak Incoming thumper.
The Large Gold Chest has a 100% chance of awarding a RAAM Unleashed thumper.*
The GiantSilver Chest has a 100% chance of awarding a RAAM Unleashed thumper.

*The Large Gold Chest you get from 1st Win of the Day, doesn't contain a thumper.

2.- Another way to get them is during events. You'll get a thumper from that particular event in the daily Crimson Omen Chest. You'll also get a free thumper on the store and usually you'll get the chance of buying 5 more for 10 crystals each. The exception to this was on a past Coin Fortune event in which there weren't thumpers on sale, just 1 free thumper per day.

    ------------------------

    There's a new thumper:

    —Big Butcher v2 (Lv12): 90 Common, 50 Common + 25 Rare

    ------------------------

    There's a new thumper (April 9th, 2020):

—Stop, Drop and Roll! (Lv1): 9 Rare, 1 Epic

    Very similar to Secret Santa

    ------------------------

    There's a new thumper:

—Hammer of Horde! (Lv8): 95 Common, 18 Rare
