Texture glitches and no loading

I swear I used to never have issues with this game and now I walk around and occasionally I will stop running and start walking and it says loading and the textures dont load in, and the Base Of Operations, forget it. My game is a glitchy mess. I dont know if its just me but the game is now nearly unplayable.

I reinstalled and reset my router and things seem normal so far.
