So what if you've already gotten most of the gamerscore of the list? Just reclaim it right away or does it have to be freshly earned?

I guess I'll start with burying Old Man's Journey. This list isn't as bad as the last one is but I have to admit that saving up Rewards Points and Store Credit for this pretty terrible Black Friday Sale knocks my drive to strive for the whole 10,000.

Roughly $10 (USD) in store credit.
I'm not defending all the sales being good/bad, but for me, I got Assassins Creed Odessey with all DLC for under 30 tax included, considering its over 100 regular with tax, that's a damn good deal. Thinking of getting skyrim thamiel ultimate i believe it was regular 80 now 26, for most DLC. Just guess depends on what u look at

TFW the stats and article says Old Mans Journey is easy but it was one of your most frustrating completions all year because of one beyond stupid and finicky ach that ruins the entirety of the game.

Yea, it's sort of crap for people who don't have Game Pass. I do have it but now that Game Pass is intertwined with Rewards it feels like I'm paying for the chance to get ”free” points that will only be spent on more games. I do the all the search stuff daily so I end up getting around $120+ a year for a couple minutes of effort in the morning so in the end it still worth it. A lot of the time I do just ignore quests because they have the potential to take up more time than they're worth.

It is even bigger crap for those without reward system.

You guys should be on Microsoft Rewards/Bing everyday. I have over 285K points saved up, doing 90 seconds of searching per day. Buying games and completing punch cards on the Xbox app give you more points on top of daily searches. By the time Scarlett comes out, I'll probably be able to pay for half of it with my Rewards points and the other half with a One X trade in.
Hit me up, I'll take them!

To continue the discussion from an older thread: I firmly believe each achievement should be worth exactly 1 GS. All games would be equal this way, and the number of achievements would only be limited by the developers' laziness. They put 1 achievement in their game? Let 'em but their game would certainly be less desirable than one that has 200 of them. Why do we need those misleading thousands and millions of GS for? To impress? This is not a stock exchange.
You do realise that certain indie games will just come with 4000 achievements, unlocking one every 5 seconds for doing nothing, right? --> see Steam

Done a fair few of these on the list and didn't like what I played of Momodora. Recommend Superhot and Minit is a fast completion.

Good luck landing on the solar station manually in Outer Wilds...

To be honest though, I thoroughly enjoyed the game and highly recommend playing it anyway!
It's really difficult but worth it, one of my proudest gaming accomplishments this year.

My Game Pass app now has Daily/Weekly/Monthly quests, stuff like opening the app, downloading games, completing certain number of quests, playing 10 different game pass games etc. Don't see this 10k quest though. I'm in Canada, not sure if that makes a difference. The last 10k quest showed in my app.

    Quantum Break
    Halo Wars: Definitive Edition
Superhot (not completed but very close gs wise)
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided (completed incl DLC)
    Fallout 3 (completed incl DLC)
Middle-earth: Shadow Of Mordor - Game of the Year Edition (not completed but quite close)

    Yeah so you were saying?

I guess I could still go for Dishonored 2 and Old Man's Journey. But I still don't really see the value in any Reward points from xbox. I never seen the time efficiency in it

I rather set my own prices and wait for a sale to be less than that. The rest is just hype buy anyway.

When I had just about gotten level with the station and matched its velocity enough to stay in a stable orbit, my heart was practically jumping out of my chest! That feeling though when you jetpack through the door and the gravity brings you back down to the floor... I definitely agree, one my proudest moments this year too smile

The cheevos have to be earned on or after the Quests start date. It’s not retroactive. That goes with all their quest now. Would be nice though! toast

Its another con only select games from game pass and only games that are hard to get 10.000gs from in 10 days quests like this and the other cons buy a game that is not even in game pass should not be allowed.

Why call them game pass quests when its only a small selection
Yeah, Microsoft is giving something away for free, total con roll
