Possibly thinking of Ninjin and Reus, gonna see some gameplay.
I bought Reus some time ago and finally got around to playing it this fall.

Unfortunately, it is bugged and kept crashing back to the homepage on by X1 repeatedly, which is game killing since I lost all progress on timed levels over 60 mins. I quit in frustration after about a week. As far as I can tell, it's an older X1 game no longer being supported.

It also has one of the weirdest crafting systems I've ever seen. You plant animals, plants and minerals on the planet to have the villages grow, but then need to use byzantine synergy and upgrade systems to progress in the game to grow your villages any bigger. To meet goals and unlock new levels and items, you have to constantly replant and upgrade resources because the space you have to play in is only a few tiles wide and fills up quickly.

There's some tooltips, but no in-game encyclopedia or upgrade tree to explain how any of it works.

It was impossible to progress in the game without pausing constantly and having to use a Wiki to plan every next move.

I would say it's worth the roughly 2.99 sale price before the game breaking crashes, though it wasn't particularly fun with the progression system requiring constant external outside guides and was very repetitive as every level/world is exactly the same

Hmm, well thanks for the anecdote. I always do consider personal experiences with games. There's a decent chance that I just grab it since it's just $2.24 and might not even play it again. But I'll look into it more before deciding.

V Rally is not a good price, as bought the Ultimate edition on PSN store a few months ago for about £15 £11.99

Great News, that Strange Brigade Deluxe is on sale so soon after leaving Game Pass, and has not been on sale much with last occasion being the Spring Sale, and a decent price makes up for the long wait on Dead Rising 3 only to be more than before and the disc. Definitely get Strange Brigade Deluxe, as the DLC alone costs over £15.

Good week for sales. Picked up Woodle Tree Adventures, Super Weekend Mode, One Eyed, Kutkh, and The Station. Most are easy completions but very excited to play through The Station - been on my wishlist for awhile.

REUS is a little tempting, especially at such a cheap price. But honestly, even if I buy it now, I won't get around to it for a while so I'm just gonna hold off on it.

Is there a way to filter the results to exclude games you have completed? I would love that feature.... sometimes I forget ones I own/finished and the list takes so much time to go through!

I'm really enjoying Flipping Death. It has a unique art style - (Tim Burton's world in cardboard) and storyline/gameplay (help the dead by possessing the living).

It's tough to find these unique and creative games nowadays.
