Any tips for final boss?

Spoilers alert

When the boss splits into his final phase, whenever one of the mini totems die, it shoots out a series of yellow heat-seeking projectiles that are near impossible to hide. I have had Energy Shield on, and still I couldn't get past this portion on over 20 attempts.

Does anyone (those who have completed this part) please share who I could finish this battle?

You can shoot the yellow projectiles. I used the slow mo special and used it to shoot them down easily.
