    I'm at that point in the console lifecycle where unless they're going to put Doom: Eternal Deluxe on sale for $20 (which is far too soon to fairly expect), I'm done spending money on games until the fall with my blind Cyberpunk hype.

    No, hence the gamepad distinction. Also, the achievements would be flagged with a special icon if you need special peripherals.

    Or change the region on your console to US and get it for $4. You can still play it after you change your region back.
