Still not worth it (£7.99 per month) compared to what PS+ was like to begin with, they used to give out 5 AAA games per month for £40 per year
Maybe I should get a pair of those rose-coloured glasses you're wearing. It's not 2010 anymore and these days you get only two games for the same price. And even back then they never gave away 5 AAA games. Have a look at a list of the games from back then - you may be surprised.
GP is about £100 per year and some of these may not be available in a few months time. Its money down the drain
I find it hard to believe that you can't find anything worth playing in all of GP. One single new release game costs €70-100. How is GP not a great deal?
PS NOW only cost £ 29.85 per year £2.50 permonth and with over 700 games there is far more choice
It costs €60 a year here, the number of actually interesting games are about the same as on GP, and most of them can only be streamed, as far as I'm aware. Having to sift through 700 games to find the occasional gem also isn't necessarily a good thing.
That said, they're trying to keep up with GP lately by adding some newer games and allowing downloads for PS4 games (?), so we'll see how it develops.
and less worry of them leaving in a month as they state how much time is left
A nice feature indeed which I wish GP would introduce. But I'm guessing there are some sort of legal/contract reasons at play.
