Progress loss

Does anyone else experience some progress loss every so often? I usually lose one or two levels and some of my daily progress recently.

I have just lost all of my progress towards the monthly challenges after setting it up so that I could get all 3 achievements in the same month. Great way to start the new year...

Yes I had this too with the Gold medals. Looks like either:

1) they increased what's needed for Gold to be 11000 each month (which has applied retrospectively... Leaving me on 10950 most months, losing me 5 months' worth of gold medals... Only month I kept was the month I got perfect on)

Or

2) They rebalanced some of the monthly challenges and that's net led to me losing between 50 and 250 coins per month.

If it is option 2, it may just be a case of sucking it up and playing a full 7 months to gold.

If, on the other hand, it's option 1 it may correct itself in February as they'll presumably reduce the level needed for the short month of February. I have noticed most of the times this has happened it's been 31 day months when progress is 'lost' and 30 day months when it fixes itself

I lost progress today too. I had 4 gold medals in 2022 but in the stats and records I now have 1, and 4 bronzes. Challenge progress doesn't seem to be working properly for the first couple I tried for January.

I just switched to a new phone. I'll have to check my progress on my old device and play there if it's an issue locked to my device.

Is anyone else's Diamond score target for January 999,999,999? I downloaded the game to my current Win10 laptop and the daily section is messed up. The "current" day shows September 20 with 3 Grandmaster Classic puzzles for 300 XP and below that it's stuck on December Progress with 40/93 puzzles complete and 10 days remaining. If I click on one of the classic games options it will lock up the game, forcing me to quit and reopen.

I am able to go to the month tab and do dailies from there. My Gold progress updated once I hit that mark, but the Diamond target score is so high the progress bar doesn't move as I complete puzzles. My old WIn10 laptop where I had started the game is showing the same thing now.

Guess I'll find out in 2 days if the game is still tracking properly, since 27 days completed was the target for Diamond. If it doesn't pop, I can try it on Android, but maybe it will need to be flagged as buggy or (partially) discontinued without a patch.
