OWC Achievements/Matchmaking Help

Does anybody know of a reliable way to boost the OWC achievements? How does matchmaking work in this game?

I have tried matching up with one booster and we matched first time, the win tracked, and since then it will not match us up no matter what. This is incredibly frustrating as this would be a very easy achievement as it's simple to trade wins. But matching up has proven very random and impossible at times.

Does anyone know the secret to this?

The answer is you can only match up with the same player once a month unless you both fight 5 different players (might be just one account that needs to do it). So basically you either need to wait 30 days to fight again or fight a bunch of different people. Makes boosting with a second account redundant. Pretty much need a bunch of accounts all working together for this.

It's not to do it on XB1 with the BC. Just keep switching accounts over and over. It's a bit tedious and I haven't gone back since hitting level 15, but it will get you there eventually.
