Game crashing constantly

Anyone else having the video randomly freeze forcing you to hard quit, or the video just going screwy and making you have to do the same thing? Driving me nuts trying to get this completed due to this bug. Playing on Xbox One X.

Wish I did not start this POS. I am quite forgiving of FMV games and this is the worst I've ever played.

Yesterday I played for many times because of the game crashes constantly and I got all the checkpoints in the game except one, today I restart the game and none of the checkpoints I obtained where saved....

I am playing on a Series X and it is very unstable. Lots of crashes and unpopped achievements. Not sure how to get this game to work so that I can finish with it and get it off my hard drive.

Welcome to the suck. This is painful.

...and yet, I actually made enough of a roadmap that I might as well publish a wakthrough. God help me.

Started this, but got to a stage in the walkthrough where the options just didn't come up (Laura's House, after you run away, the LEDGE/Run one), so gave up. Awful.
