Never understood the appeal to spending money to play games just to get a high gamerscore number. If gamerscore actually has no tangible benefit to someone, then whats the point in spending money on games your not going to enjoy just to reach a high number? Im all for trying to complete games cuz i enjoy completing a checklist which i implement in real life too, but not enjoying what your doing and spending money on crap games confuses me.
You don't realise what site you are on, and that other people may enjoy things differently?
We get this same comment every couple of weeks.
I know right there’s always at least one every week lmao 💀
Yeah quitting every game that gets hard and buying a .5 hour completion game just to feel good about myself just aint my thing. oh well
You do you by all means friend. But wouldn't assume those who like an easy completion necessarily "quit every game that gets hard".

As an example some like having some on hand to keep achievement streaks running maybe between other games, some like the numbers, or maybe just a cheap quick game as a palette cleanser. I'm mostly playing CK3 and Stellaris (pretty big games), and was thinking of getting the Earth to Heaven (Aery-alike game) as I find them cheap and relaxing, and I like some achievements, even though I've let my daily streak break this year.

Just trying to suggest it isn't as black and white - and suggest trying to hold back the instinct to criticise what may not be to your taste. Have fun with whatever you are playing :)
I was responding to that other guy but props to responding to my criticism with clarity. My original point was it just confuses me there I did not know why but you answered that instead of being defensive. To each’s own at the end of the day.
    Achievements are my drug.o

Hang on I've just realised this is the Internet - not sure that we are allowed to end up both being pleasant to each other, whilst respecting different tastes - hopefully the mods won't notice! ;)

Thanks for the From Earth to Heaven info.

Already have it but didn't know it was that easy.

I said years ago that some ACAs will delisted before ever going on discount. Which has happened, sadly.

AM games more regularly are discounted, but some of them are delisted too.

TLDR: If you care about easy games, don't put off buying them at full price. Cheap & easy is great. But full price is still better than gone.

3 games on that list are okay, don't waste time on garbage.
Everything will be fine in the End... If it's not fine... Then it's not the End...

You'd think that with all the times EpiXR games have rehashed and reused the same formula (aery games, life of fly, from earth..) they would be able to afford paying for different in game music, but nooooo... They've been using the same frickin' soundtrack in all their games... It's so annoying 😑
YES! I almost couldn't play these anymore because of the soundtrack. I like the relaxing mechanic of just floating around like in Murder diaries, though the visuals in those are pretty bad too. So now I turn the in game audio all the way down and relax with some Pandora playlists. I found a group called Perkins Wood that has atmospheric ambient music I really like and it pairs nicely with these games!

It's a new game. Probably by Black Friday, you'll start seeing a better discount.

Note that Null Drifter & Project Starship like Red Death are included in the Eastasiasoft Indie Shmup Bundle for 3.59 USD or equivalent. That’s the best bang for the buck.

The achievement list for each game is very quick & easy—much easier than properly playing the games. If you want a bit of a challenge, the games will provide that. Just keep playing after your 100% completion.
If i remember right, Project Starship has some good music too

Like October but yeah probably. I played the X360 version in 2009 so would be cool to play these again. At a fair discount of course!
3 can keep a secret. If 2 are dead

I think I've had virtually *EVERY* single ACA game on my wish list for months, and not once has any of them been on sale. It's a damn shame.

I’m exactly the same way. I played the 360 version. It was hilarious. It was long enough ago that I’d like to go through the new version. But, as a game I’ve already played, I’ll wait till the price is right.

So if I understand this correctly, if I wanted Little Mouse's Encyclopedia, Clumsy Rush and Brawl Chess, I have to buy two bundles with doubling up on Little Mouse's Encyclopedia? Or is there a different way of buying those bundles I just am not seeing?
