Mission 7 bug

Stuck after grabbing intel after kraken war room. I never get the cut scene. It just says inspect the kraken plans with the the mission marker just floating above the war room table.
I’ve reloaded old saves and gone back through, I’ve restarted the game, and reset the xbox. No luck.
Not sure how to continue from here.

Someone said throw a satchel charge on the war room door. Tried that. Didn’t help either.
I went and did every other aspect of the mission, but I cannot progress the main mission further.

Any ideas?

I had the same bug. I had to load up an earlier save in the mission. Played up until the dome, made a new save and made sure I was not in combat when I entered the war room and picked up the intel. That was the only difference that made it work for me.

And you had to create a duplicate thread ?
