New F1 2011 Screenshots Race In

Can not wait for this. Couldnt give a monkeys uncle if it at the end of the F1 season. As long as it improves on 2010's effort, which was really good, im more than happy.

I wonder how they are going to deal with tyres? In 2010 the tyres had a much shorter life than they normally would if you shortened the race length. 20% of race meant 20% as durable tyres. If they keep that system though you'll be pitting near enough every lap.

let's hope it's a simulation (like the old 'GP' from Microprose on the PC) and not an arcade game.

I will probably pass this, cause they cant patch F1 2010 and are rather working on F1 2011, thats retarded. In F1 2010 AI is cheating, rules are totally broken, when Im racing in Red Bull its the slowest car, pit is the worst thing ever.

I regret starting on Extreme, cause all of the bugs came on surface, like when Im from 1st position pitting for 45 seconds, thats retarded and shows how shitty Codies are, because they cant patch it. Cant convince myself to play it again.

Love F1 2010 - possibly the best driving game of last year. Once the few little issues it had were patched out it's been faultless. Only just recently has DiRT3 replaced it as my main goto online game

Can't believe some on here bitching about the release date. They release it towards the end of the season so they can get the liveries spot on (which if your a F1 fan you'll know are only released to the public a month before the game), and so they know the AI and car performance are relative (at least as much as a game can be - it's never going to be perfect) to real life.

Can you imagine how much more bitching they would get if say.. halfway through the season Sauber became a race winning package, yet in the game were still firmly rooted in the middle / latter of the established teams?

As well as on a personal note - I now get F1 all year long.. with the game keeping me hyped over the winter.

@biggestborec - sounds like you haven't played it in a long time. Those issues were patched out, or maybe you're just too shit to be playing on 'extreme'

This looks even better than 2010! :), I find it better releasing it then, right at the climax of the season, then through the winter where there is no F1, at least you got the game to keep you company, its going to be amazing, REALLY cant wait! ^_^, I wonder if there will be options on there where you can become lewis hamilton and be racist towards himself, hmm ;) haha

There are good chances to F1 2011 beat Forza Motorsport 4.

Anyway, I will buy both.

I still have not played F1 2010 yet and may well have to use it as a warm up before this beauty hits our consoles in September as it does look stunning from the screenshots there.

It's amazing how realistic these racing games are looking nowadays. I love it!
