Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 leak looks to confirm DMZ mode

I really like the idea of more high-stakes shooters like EFT or Hunt. It makes it much more thrilling and fun because you have a stake in the matter, unlike in COD or Battlefield where it's more like brainless fun, not that it's wrong or anything.

Maybe this is the new trend everybody will hop on as they did on battle royale...?

Interested to see what call of duty can bring to the genre. Bought EFT at the end of 2020 and since then logged about 1000 hours. The game is extremely addicting and I'm sure eft style games are going to be the next big thing.

is it too much to ask for access to a good pve based warzone mode, i want scope and scale of verdansk with cold war zombies or something

If the only "loot" is Intel then this is already a failure and is more like BF 2042 Hazard Zone than anything else. Vigor is probably even more Tarkov than this mode. What are you going to extract then use Intel to unlock weapons to use in Warzone or MP? Lame
