    Why these indie developer not using game pass? Nobody purchase a game like Dyna Bomb 2 for 17.99 or Robo Revenge Squad for 19.99

    People buy indies at that price all the time.

    $20 is the current $10 XBLA game 15 years ago.

    Two more current gen exclusives and a stack for the list this week:
    HolyHalfDead's blog post - Xbox Series X|S Games Lists (Updated 15 August 2022)

    Interested to see what happens with A Tale of Paper: Refolded (stack, SmartDelivery, etc) It’s going to be a Xbox console timed exclusive, and currently only the XSXS version is listed on the store:

    How many people will pay the $10 EA tax, when the XOSX version can be played on XSXS and benefit from faster load times anyway.

    Households with both consoles also limit themselves if they buy an XSXS game that doesn’t support SmartDelivery.

    Can't say I agree. XBLA had way better quality control, games were simpler and the only downside was 200g vs 1000g. These indie games are borderline shovelware w/ bugs galore and more often than not achievements being bugged or unobtainable. With indie games like these relying on these purchases to keep production going post-release chances of them investing man hours to fix these bugs are low. You can count the unobtainable achievement games in the 360 era way easier than XB1/XBX era.

    These games may price it at $20 and think it's the $10 of back then but it's night and day. There's no shot these games sell at these price other than the achievement hunter crowd or someone really interested in the specific genre since game pass offers you thousands of hours of gameplay in a month compared to one shovelware game for the same price.
    XBLA addict.

    Ok well you buying Dyna Bomb 2 for $17.99 just reflects on you at that point

    Personally, I would never buy a game like that for $20. Tormented Souls launched for $20 and the Dark Pictures games launch for $30 and they're obviously of higher quality.

    Tribes of Midgard, YES!
    I've been waiting so long for this.

    What the Heck is XOSX? if you mean Xbox One you should abbreviate it XB1 or X1 or X1S or X1X. Xbox Series X should be XSX or XSX/S

    laugh
    XOSX = Xbox One S|X
    XSXS = Xbox Series X|S

    Don't blame me for crappy Microsoft naming smile, now they feel the need to suffix all the models released so far after the name. Heaven help us if they release the Xbox Series Y, or Xbox Series 2X, or Xbox Series XX, as all the companies will need to update their packaging to Xbox Series X|S|Y or Xbox Series X|S|XX|SS. How horrible is that?

    There is definitely no B in Xbox, as it is all one word, and it is not XBox or X-Box, unlike PlayStation. I really don't like XB1 aka Xbo ne.

    Why would you use 1 to mean O and then use S to mean S??

    Hyped for Madden 23 ONLY if they made substantial upgrades to The Yard so it can grow a community like 2K's The Park / The Rec.

    Will eventually play Cursed to Golf (the gamerscore for each achievement is funny) + Little League baseball + new Hunter game if Game Pass or cheap.
