If they remaster it with a better way of tracking flags and Templars, I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

It should be a remake like Mass Effect 1 to conform it to the other games in the franchise

While I enjoyed the first game, I was not a fan of collecting all those stupid flags.

seriously the ideal that game is important at the time for the history as a whole of ac, but it is very, how can I say outdated? seriously a great time to bring altair back it's 15 years of ac...

Haven't all other 360 games been remastered? Might as well at this point, wouldn't mind another easy 1,000.

As others have posted, an enhanced version is not wanted by anyone - everyone wants a remake. Given that remakes take a substantial amount of work, I would rather they do that for XSXS. We don’t yet know if Mirage, Red or Hexe will be XSXS games, although I’m 95% certain Mirage will be a Xbox One game.

For now we just need to be content with Mirage being a reimagining of AC1.

I'd definitely prefer the remake over that mobile game. Are they still doing that XDefiant game?

AC one is the only game in the series that I'd call a straight up bad game. Everything outside of the main assassinations is the worst kind of copy/paste stuff and the assassinations are still improved on massively by every later game.

I honestly have no idea how you'd take those bones and remake it into something that holds up in the 2020s

Considering remasters and remakes just use AI tech to HD-ify graphics, just makes it all the better news if it's not happening. Seeing as the Ezio collection and the GTA DE look corny as hell compared to the original... Just let the old game sleep.

Xbox proved that backward compatibility with Auto HDR and FPS Boost is a better justice than anything else.

The game looks fine still after 15 years. It would be a huge cash grab when they have other fish to fry and make money from.

Saving it for the 20th Anniversary?
