Halo Infinite Forge video details scripting and bots

    343 Industries has dropped the second video in its Forge Fundamentals four-part series for Halo Infinite, which looks at the mode's scripting and bot capabilities, which allows you to add life to your creations.

    This actually sounds like it'll spur some interesting creations.

    I get the hate for Halo (mine is directed at the shortfall of the campaign) but at this point its just popular to hate on it by default.

    Is this the first game to introduce bots as I don't recall them in past forges

    It's like 343 is asking the community to just build a better game at this point. Just release the actual source code. But will a super in depth Forge Mode be enough to save this game. The player have moved on already

    Yeah, at this point, that's pretty much a guarantee. Still looks like a powerful toolkit though.

    I think good creation mode is always great addition. Especially with sandbox-type of games. There were so many fun user maps in Far Cry 5

    Hey 343.....how about introducing playable "Spartans Vs. Brutes" mode in Multiplayer & Forge....lets have a real fight.

    Trust me, I'm very aware. I'm just saying that Forge is the last ditch trump card they have that we know of. I don't believe it's going to do much, or anything beyond act as easy YouTube bait for their desperate content creators.

    The fact that it's releasing in beta and not full polished release after all this time is honestly pathetic, I have no idea how people still rally behind the absolute dumpster fire that is 343.

    I don't understand how a company with basically unlimited amount of money is taking this long to make Halo complete. I have read about the new engine they created and used, but you would think smart people would figure out the issues.
