Same problem, "A problem occurred while signing in" on backwards compatible games, 8015190E on my actual 360.

Does anyone know who at TA is best to contact to get this on the front page and help gain more traction?

I was able to sign in through my phone's hotspot on 360. No luck with ethernet or router wifi on either 360 or BC.

In the Gaming drop down menu there's a "Suggest News" link that might work. They haven't posted about the Live issue or a bunch of Ubisoft games being down again either yet. Both issues have been going on at least 2 full days it seems now.

I've been having issues signing in as well. BC was working yesterday on 12/10 but disconnecting every 15-20 min but now only goes "A problem occurred while signing in". My physical 360 was giving me 8015190E on my main account as well as other accounts I had on it. I have a second 360 and I downloaded my profile to that and for some reason that worked last night and was able to connect to XBL, but now today it stopped and I just get "A problem occurred while signing in"

Nope, affecting the BC emulator as well.

The problem seems to be getting worse. I can’t connect to Xbox live on 360 on the BC on either a series x or One. The Xbox live connection test is failing on the Xbox live side. Everything else is green and it should be working.

6 days ago, on my Xbox serie S, I could'nt play Gold or owned games. Fixed somehow but now, since 3 days ago, I can't play any BC 360 games. I tried deleting my profiles on the Serie S, nothing. I tried deleting 360 saves from Serie S, same issue. The game start but it won't let me sign in. Can't download my profile, error with xbox live. I'm in Canada. Its driving me nuts. I had session planned!! I don't have a 360 console, so no idea if I could do anything.

I'm very oddly still not affected by it yet but with the amount of issues I'm afraid to try and unlock any achievements on there right now :( Rayman challenges are still down anyway though *sigh* I hope they get it fixed soon, a group of us had plans tomorrow that require the 360 in working order and at least 2 of the group are affected by the issues right now :(

A friend is on only a 360 console and it's affected too. I'm also only on the 360 console still however I'm not affected so no idea what everybody is sharing in common that has the issues compared to people who don't. Seems to be pretty wide spread around the world though. Haha honestly I'd sure love to blame Ubisoft for the Live issue too because their servers going down on a bunch of games and Live going down for a lot of people happened awful close together (same day and time frame far as I've seen lol). It's a conspiracy :P

Good luck everybody, really hope it's up again soon. What a time for it though, right across the entire weekend for everybody too for both issues :(

I'd like to blame Ubisoft too but its all my 360 games. Owned, Gold, Gamepass, does'nt matter.

Oh yeah, I know it's all the 360 for some people, I just meant the timing is really weird that both completely different issues happened on the exact same date around the same time it seemed. I just wrote that in just because, I wasn't actually blaming them for Live but I do find it rather strange the issues happened so close to each other lol.

I hope both are resolved soon either way :( Even though I'm able to login to Live on my 360 I'm afraid to try and unlock any achievements. I've heard there are issues related to that as well and I don't know if I'm safe from that side of the problem :( I'm going to try and just play on PC today if MS decides to give me this dumb game I just bought. I hate the Xbox App so much -_- LoL

I contacted xbox support on Twitter. Agent told me:

"We understand that our 360 players are facing an issue trying to connect to Xbox Live, unfortunately there nothing officially declared yet from our higher team. However, we highly recommend trying this workaround as it has been working for others who were facing the same issue:
go to Network settings> Advanced settings> Alternate port selection> Manual> and select an alternate port, we hope this information was helpful, please keep us posted."

I confirm selecting an alternate port worked for me.

How do you do this on the 360? All the games I'm trying to play are not BC.

I play on the Xbox one on backwards compatible and did it there.
Sorry I do not know if there is an equivalent solution for Xbox 360.
