I was wondering if True Achievements is against sharing save games? When I played the windows version, my steam save appeared and allowed me to play on my save that contained all of the stats needed to unlock the achievements quickly. Also what is the view on mods downloaded from externals sites instead of the in game mod hub being used in guides?

    According to the cheat policy:
"Using a save from a different version or platform (e.g. from Steam to Windows Store) outside of supported game mechanics" is cheating.

So, if your Steam save appears without any file manipulation, I would guess it is considered a supported game mechanic. It is always a good idea to get Investigatons Team to confirm.

This, on the other hand, is absolutely against the site rules.

    It falls under:
"Manually adding or editing files in mod-enabled games to unlock achievements or alter achievement requirements"

Only in-game mod mechanics can be used.

The mods are not changing any files. It is only different maps or tractors because some maps have larger starting fields compared to the base maps or the ones available in mod hub.

How are you getting the mods from the external site to the game? From the initial reading of what you said, they would not be allowed.

As mentioned above, asking the investigations team is always a good way to go. This is their forum: Investigations Questions Forum
