It would be great if you could tag things that were added to console or PC at different times. Like for the Xbox-only people, Norco is nowhere near 12 months so we're probably safe for that.
I've seen it go both ways (don't ask me to remember which games though laugh): games that were added to PC or console GP and came to the other platform at a later date, and left based on the date it was added to the initial platform, and games that left based on the date it was added to the latter platform. So the PC GP date is definitely relevant for console people here.

Can we get a link to the previous month's "Potential Leavers" in these articles? Help me be lazy and not take the few keystrokes and clicks to find it myself? laugh sleep

EDIT: Link to Empire of Sin (Windows) Achievements is missing from the article (24 months).

I really need to fire up Kentucky Route Zero and Tunic. Hoping Tunic will stay around longer so I can take my time with it.

Besides the achievements being buggy, Surgeon sim is easy after getting over the small learning curve of the controls imo and godly ratio I'd recommend it. PC version is way easier. Hopefully it doesn't leave just yet, I am boosting wins in it though if anyone is interested.

I don't think we have to worry about Avengers leaving. They mentioned something about keeping it on even after March. I'll have to double check to be sure.

I just discovered that FAR: Changing Tides has a two achievement lists. Better to catch up that one, but first I need to play a FAR: Lone Sails, which I bought already a few months ago.

From others „easy 1000 G” games I see there and I didn't complete yet are Kentucky Route Zero: TV Edition, Kraken Academy!! or Zero Escape: The Nonary Games.

Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy could leave the catalogue for sure, but I'm safe here. I bought physical for £12 in November on Amazon.

TUNIC launched March 16th, on my birthday, so I think it would leave at the end of that month.

NORCO was released on consoles in November, so it'll be on Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass for at least 9 months.

We can easily assume that Marvel’s Avengers will leave Xbox Game Pass (and PlayStation Plus Game Catalog) on September 30th, when the game will be delisted digitally from any storefronts.

I also bought Aragami 2 physically for £10 just a few days before they announced the game will stay longer on Game Pass. I saw some gameplay videos and it seems to be kind of „alright 7/10 title”. Not even for hunting 1000 G here.

I completed Genesis Noir few weeks ago thanks to that already patched debug mode. So nothing to worry about here.

Yakuza games will stay on Game Pass definitely for longer time. Especially that Yakuza 0 with both Kiwami's were re-added not so long time ago. Seems like Microsoft wants to keep them as long as possible. Would be also nice if they would Judgment games to the catalogue, but looks that Sony had „first-to-come” thing for subscription services.

Empire of Sin has a beautiful setting for me – the role of one of several mob bosses inspired by real-life figures in Chicago during the Prohibition era. Unfortunately, it's a strategy game which is a literally not my cup of tea.

I see that Pikuniku could be another „easy 1000 G” game.

The Walking Dead: The Final Season was recently added to Game Pass, so maybe they extended licences for previous games as well, including The Walking Dead: Michonne.

By the way, 48 months is such a long time for something available in the catalogue. So shame Microsoft is not doing at least 2 years deals for at least half of the third-party games joining Game Pass roll

    That's it from me! toast

Oh dear, that could be some major game-finishing I need to do in a hurry.

I figured Empire of Sin would leave soon, so I started mopping up. For everyone who still has to complete it: The completion estimates on the site are from before the latest patch, so with version 1.05 you are looking at ~90-100 hours completion for sure.

If you want a full 1000/1000 on that one you’d better take a look at that missable dancing achievement. You get one chance to match that robot’s dance, mess up and you have to start a new playthrough and rush to that point to try again. Possibly one might be able to save scum it, not sure.

You guys mentioned Deaths Door in the last one of these I saw but didn't mention it here, but that seems ready to go at anytime still. Hot take given the ratings on this site, but Death's Door sucks (besides the music) and the Zelda comparisons make me 🙄
I’m only about halfway through but I quite like Death’s Door so far. It’s as reminiscent of Zelda as Tunic is, though it cannot match Tunic’s charm, it’s good even if one cannot call it great.

I'm glad this article is continuing! Too many choices though and I'm backed up with server closures. I'll just wait for the official announcement of what's leaving in the next couple days.
Game recognizes game playa...and you lookin' kinda unfamiliar right now-

Dang. There are 6 games I want to get to in the 12 months category: Weird West, Nonary Games, Norco, Paradise Killer, Kentucky Route Zero and Memoir Blue. Thankfully a few are shorter ones. I could feasibly knock out 3-4 or so in two weeks if needed. I should start working on them anyway as they will go eventually.

Thanks for this list. Maybe I have missed it in the past, but I like getting the possibilities.

Really Enjoyed Far: Changing Tides. Seems funny to have a game with only 2% competion listed as an easy one, but it really wasn't too bad. Can't believe its been two years since Octopath joined, never did get around to that, but will one day (even if I need to buy it).

It seems that MS tries to keep games that are multiplayer focused, anything else is game.

I like Death's Door a lot more than Tunic. The music, art style and gameplay are all superior in Death's Door imo.
