They didn't even give us a Bad Company 1 sale before it's delisted this week...

Why would they? Time and time again, it has been shown that if a product is being delisted, melons are willing to pay full price for it.

I don't know where you live, but in the UK, Bad Company is just £1 at cex.co.uk (or at physical Cex locations). It isn't like it is expensive.

Stubbs the Zombie - I had no nostalgia for this and the remaster didn’t do the game any favors. All the environments are just as empty as you’d expect from an OG XBox game, they didn’t do much if anything to update them. Nothing has been done to improve gameplay, remembering how it used to be to wander poorly designed levels with no objective markers reminded me how good we have it now and not in a way that made me grateful to Stubbs. The humor is one note, if you enjoy it enough to last the game, that’s good enough, I didn’t and quit sometimes around chapter 3 or 4. Cannot recommend unless you have real nostalgia for this specific game.

Kohlat - this is a pretty easy walking simulator with some minor action thrown in (mostly running from crap). It’s based on the Dyatlov Pass incident where 9 experienced Russian mountaineers mysteriously died in 1959. This game runs with some of the wilder theories about their demise, including metaphysical Soviet science experiments and native death cults. It’s overall a good story if you like these kind of creepy mystery things. It’s a lot of walking, seriously a lot. The only difficult achievement is a timed deathless run from stat to finish (which I never felt like doing FYI).

Undead Horde - this game is basically an Overlord clone and it’s somewhere around indie or indie+ quality. If you’re a completionist you’ll be hunting secret treasure chests for awhile (sit close to your screen). Other than that the game is pretty easy and focuses on the amusement of hunting down heroes that aren’t terribly heroic and sending your minions after good guy troops and towers (it feels a lot like sacking an enemy base in Warcraft 3). Your necormancer alter ego can contribute with brute force or magic which you can select and find upgrades for. As all these games have to have a weird thing about some innocuous animal this one includes the mighty chicken as a troop type. Undead Horde has almost a 4.0 star rating here though I’d stay it’s closer to 3.0-3.5, if you need some cheap fun and don’t mind indie though, it’s not a bad pick.

Hades lowest price to date. Patience has finally paid off! rock
Exactly, finally. I even thought about buying physical copy but its price is basically same as starting price - great game, few wants to sell.

I remember Kholat was a pain in the ass because the map doesn't show your position so you'll need a step by step guide (and it will still suck). The only difficult achievement is a pain, even with abusing the cloud saves as I died randomly multiple times. I had to rebind running to LT because it was on something ridiculous by default. I think this is the game where you'll need to take breathers regularly (without any meter of course)? Oh, and of course it runs like crap one Xbox One / S. One of the few times I absolutely regret playing. The narration by Sean Bean is the only positive in the game (and I guess if you didn't hear about the incident before).

Maybe one day Naught Bear: Trouble in Paradise will go on sale before it is delisted. I had a lot of fun w/ that game on a different account. *wistful sigh*
    Cogito ergo sum.

Bloodrayne games are still too loot. You think I'm paying for than 5 bucks for mediocre pre360 games, you're tripping.

Now, song of horror looks like a good deal...
    State of the badass art.

Typically I avoid sales as most of it is rehashed, however if you're looking for a Metroidvania fix, then Lost Ruins is an excellent appetizer. 50% off is good value for 20+ hours of dark fantasy exploration.

Not for the impatient, however. You will die... a lot.
