TymanTheLong said:Kohlat - this is a pretty easy walking simulator with some minor action thrown in (mostly running from crap). It’s based on the Dyatlov Pass incident where 9 experienced Russian mountaineers mysteriously died in 1959. This game runs with some of the wilder theories about their demise, including metaphysical Soviet science experiments and native death cults. It’s overall a good story if you like these kind of creepy mystery things. It’s a lot of walking, seriously a lot. The only difficult achievement is a timed deathless run from stat to finish (which I never felt like doing FYI).
I remember Kholat was a pain in the ass because the map doesn't show your position so you'll need a step by step guide (and it will still suck). The only difficult achievement is a pain, even with abusing the cloud saves as I died randomly multiple times. I had to rebind running to LT because it was on something ridiculous by default. I think this is the game where you'll need to take breathers regularly (without any meter of course)? Oh, and of course it runs like crap one Xbox One / S. One of the few times I absolutely regret playing. The narration by Sean Bean is the only positive in the game (and I guess if you didn't hear about the incident before).
