I need to get back to Beautiful Katamari.
According to the guide below for the PS2 version, there are 2,987 unique items.

Personally its a shame its not the whole collection, but I doubt many would agree with me xD
Disappointing for some, but I've done it twice already in the other games so I can live without it. It doesn't really add much challenge, just a test of your skills with regards to delving into ancient forums.
