Xbox Games with Gold August lineup announced

So, the program ends as it began - with an attempt to get some interesting titles out to the maximum number of gamers, whining that they're not personally catering to individual tastes, and people complaining about indie titles (who, as history records, would also be whining about which specific AAA title was offered even if they offered a massive title).

Kudos to MS and the 450 games I now have in my collection as a bonus on top of the service I would have been paying for anyway over the last 10 years, may Game Pass continue to deliver as well.

MS have been doing an extraordinary job of continuing to support the 360, but it seems weird to expect them to treat a nearly 20 year old console as equal to their 10 year old console that's already been superseded by a new generation.

GWG used to be good when it was the only thing around. Then the quality sunk BUT we got to keep every 360/OG XB game released on it so that was still good. Once they stopped giving us old Xbox titles to keep GWG has been pointless.

You know instead of taking away games for gold, they should have really put a video game voting system on which game should come out for the next month instead of picking out the games for us.

I'll never play these tbh. i have too many old gwg that i plan on playing...still have games i bought in 2017 that i havent played yet so I'm busy enough

Woah Blue Fire? An actually decent month, first time in ages. Wanted to play this game for a while now (since the IronPinapple video), though 20$ is a bit much for 4-5 hours of such platformer.

Just noiticed, even when changing the filter that no xbox360 games show up on the games with gold tab on the dashboard, am I missing something or is a problem everyone is having, thanks in advance
