Mine let me back in yesterday. Support were useless and never actually read my tickets or my responses. All canned shit. It seemed to reset right on the changeover of the month for me (started saying it mid-July). So I imagine whenever it is "triggered" it resets at the month changeover. But your issues sounds like you don't know what triggers it for you. For me, it was buying a game while overseas (digitally) and the points that earned on my account blocked my access. I never touched bing, xbox, etc aside from that purchase (didn't have mobile).
