Have to complete a level twice to get achievement to pop?

Anyone else having this issue?

I should probably have clarified that this was in regards to the tutorial stage, but everything else has been fine. Now I'm onto the stafes with multiple goals, achievements are popping as normal.

I'm having some issues with achievements. Some of them don't seem to pop and I'm not sure what's going on because the game is a bit confusing with its verbal cues.

EDIT: seemed I had to redo some people who appeared to be satisfied. The tutorial "soccer kid" was one. The sumo had a third request that I didn't expect.
