Secret Agent: Cold War Espionage looks to be a fairly straightforward & easy completion at 1-2 hours & at $5 USD I think I'm going to pick that up even though it's not on this list. The streams & video I've watched look really fun as well.

I bought it & completed it last year. I really did enjoy the story. Then again I'm a fan of visual novels, FMVs & walking simulators. I find them relaxing & the price points are often a good value for me.

The We Were Here series is a set of fantastic co-op puzzle (escape room like) games! I haven't played the 4th yet but the 1st 3 are all great!

One of the more enjoyable games I’ve played in a while honestly.
I preferred it to Limbo, not as unique an aesthetic but much less frustrating trial and error gameplay. Although the last achievement glitching was a bit annoying.

Dear Esther bored the crap out of me....I know it's a walking simulator but I had no enjoyment playing it. Inside on the other hand was great!
