That's fair enough if you don't personally trust CDKeys - but you can say the EXACT same thing (known for selling stolen goods) about eBay, Amazon, Gumtree, Facebook, etc. Amazon (themselves, not a marketplace seller) have even sent me FAKE SD cards before.
CDKeys is by far the best of the "grey-market key resellers" and is pretty reputable - it's the only one I am willing to use, the rest seem very iffy at best.
But, as with any 2nd hand product (apart from houses and *possibly* cars that have had a HPI check done on them), there's no guarantee it's not stolen.
I've never heard of anyone getting banned for this though - is there any evidence that people have bought 2nd hand keys then got banned despite doing nothing wrong? And if so, did they stay banned or did Microsoft fix their mistake?
If I got banned for this though, I'd be suing Microsoft for many thousands. And they'd lose out long-term anyway since I'd never buy another of their products. Getting banned for this is the equivalent of you buying something at a Tesco self-service checkout, not realising the payment didn't go through and then the security guard letting himself into your house and stealing all of your property!
