    Absolutely. It was a sad day when the Dreamcast bit the dust. Seeing Shenmue 2 on the original XBox was a classy move on Microsoft’s part.
    For sure! I owned a Dreamcast but by the time PS2 and Xbox came out software was increasingly hard to find. So glad SEGA transitioned into third party relatively seamlessly
    Love Shenmue, the artistic Buddhism of video games. Still have my original Shenmue 1&2 discs and Dreamcast but nothing to plug an old Dreamcast into anymore. Hope they do a Dreamcast mini someday but sadly that seems to be a fad that's over.

    I could have saved about, 24 euro if i held out on buying Klonoa, as i Accidentally bought the special editiion download code off a site, thinking it included the game, so i went and got the game on ebay, for like 20, and now its all on sale , ah well, i already saved so much on other games. (woops i got some lag there or somethin, never happend before)

    And, today, Sega is one of the most successful developers and publishers.

    You can get HDMI cables for the Dreamcast. They cost about 25 USD or so. I still have a few VGA boxes and you can get VGA to HDMI or VGA to DisplayPort adapters so I can plug it into any computer monitor or flatscreen TV.

    I also connect all devices through an A/V receiver. Among the many inputs it includes standard RCA video and audio so even the most basic Dreamcast output would work with it.

    Plenty of options to convert the video output of the Dreamcast to HDMI, from hardware mods to scalers, cables and boxes.

    Yes. The output port is proprietary but manufacturers are still making cables ranging from the basic red, white, & yellow RCA connections to, as you point out, HDMI options. The former can be had for under 10 USD. The HDMI options are more expensive--expect to spend about 25 USD.

    I thought when I looked at the Namco sale for Pac-Man it was more than what I paid for it the other day. Wonder if it was an error? I managed to nab it when it was a £5 so thank god I did!

    It probably was an error, seems strange that the game went that cheap as quick as it did
