You sound ridiculous. Starfield was a bad game, that’s all there is to it. Even if it was nominated, it would lose. And ffs cut down the quoting it’s getting ridiculous.
Bad game? A bad game scores less 50. Starfield got a higher score than than that. You want a bad game. Look at Quantum Error. Also tell the other guy to cut down on the quoting

Remakes don't belong being nominated in the Game of the Year category. Starfield should have been nominated for Game of the Year, not just Best RPG. Resident Evil 4 Remake should have been nominated for a category that does not exist yet. That category being Best Remake.
Cope harder. If Resident Evil 4 didn't deserve it then there's way more games this year other than Midfield that did.
Starfield is not mid. You are nothing but a Starfield hating Fierfek loser. Starfield is better than a stupid horror remake.
I think you're fanboying a bit here. RE4 has a better critical and user rating pretty much everywhere. It's really not debatable from a cultural perspective. You can certainly have your personal preference, though. That user is still right, though. There are about 10 more games that would get included before Starfield made the cut.
Time to #boycottthegameawards then due their anti Xbox bias for Game of the Year nominations. Starfield is worthy of a Game of the Year nomination.
I'm sure they're terrified on angry Xbox shills not watching their show.

Instead of destroying the industry, MS should just make good games.
Did I ask your opinion, no. So don't quote me
You replied to me first sir, not my fault you can't handle that they knew Starfield was hot garbage.
Nope, you were the one that replied to me first. You insulted Starfield in the first place. Also you are wrong. Starfield is awesome. Also since you called me an Xbox shill, you are likely a Sony Zealot. Also for the record, I play on more than just Xbox. I have both a Switch and a PC.
A Sony zealot who hasn't used the PS5 since August, is alternating between the Switch and Steam Deck and owns a Series X.

If you like Midfield then go ahead, I enjoy terrible games as well.
Did I insult any games you like, no. So don't insult any games I like. Also for a real mid or terrible game, look at Quantum Error. Also maybe Microsoft should just not participate in The Game Awards considering the clear anti-Xbox bias the Game Awards has.
There is no bias, Starfield is just a mediocre game and didn't deserve to be GOTY.
There is only one way there will be no anti-Xbox bias at The Game Awards. That is when an Xbox exclusive game both gets nominated and wins Game of the Year at The Game Awards. Until that happens, the anti-Xbox bias will be there.
The victim complex is absolutely insane. There has been no year since 2013 where an Xbox game has been the best of the year, there just hasn't.
You say there is no bias when there is. You say there is a victim complex when there isn't You fail to see that The Game Awards have been been bought by Sony. But then again, I should have expected that from a Sony Zealot.
Yet Nintendo and third parties have more awards than Sony. Just cope bro, Starfield didn't deserve jack and it rightfully isn't getting anything.

Cities Skylines II? Best Sim/Strategy? Really? even if this is the only game in this category, I would rather remove the category than give an award for a game in this condition
Best Community Support and Cyberpunk facepalm reward for fixing their bungling and lies?
What is going on there? where is the circus music?

Baldur's Gate 3 or Zelda for GOTY
If Baldur's Gate ever makes it to the Xbox this year, I'd have a definite answer for you.
It looks like it will: Baldur's Gate 3 Xbox release "on track" for December.
Guys, I know this. I do try to read the article headlines.

But given this day and age of delays, I won't believe it until I see it. Also, haven't played it, thus cannot give an honest opinion yet. And, let me say, I am very excited for it all the same.
That's what being Ben Murphy's all about. And I'm Ben Murphy.

I think this is the most indented responses I've ever seen on this site. Maybe make it a private conversation at some point.

I’m with you on that. Normally, my money would bet on a delay. In this case, the developers appear to be fairly insistent the XBox version will be out before year’s end. It would certainly be to their advantage to get it out in time for Christmas shopping.

So far I have played only two on this list. My personal ratings are:

Starfield (played about 100 hours and still have so many more to go, score it a 9/10)
Cocoon (100% achievements. Did follow a collectable guide and had to look up solutions to some puzzles near end. Was too much thinking on some of them. Score is a 7.5/10).

My games in contention are Starfield and Alan Wake 2
That is interesting, was the crossbow gone?

Ah yes, Dave the Diver, the game made by the 2b net worth Nexon. Totally an Indie game.
