Achievements glitched?

Has anyone else run into an issue with glitched tracking in-game? I have quite a few collectible medals in-game not be at 100% but every missions and the collectible page in-game indicates that I have collected them all. Also even though I have the gold medal for all the guns I have the one indicating all secondaries done be at 5/6 lol, just wondering if anyone else has encountered it and fixed it

I ran into a few achievements that were not popping when I had completed the required tasks. The only thing I found was to delete your save locally and don't let it sync to the cloud and then attempt the achievement. It worked for me with the achievement to only use a rifle in a mission. Once it pops, you can save, close the game and then let it sync to the cloud and you should not lose any progress. I hope this helps.

i just did conquerer on authentic, long shot as well. got the gold for the long shot but no medal for completing on authentic? any ideas?
