You played it for 500+ hours and didn't enjoy it??? I don't get the cognitive dissonance there. Why continue to play any game for that long if you didn't enjoy it?
It started off positive, but over time I got bored of repeating the main quest. So I just ended up farming for ceesits to build new ships. I was signed off for 4 konths with clinical depression. So being able to occupy my thoughts with what to bukd next helped me immensely. I understand where you're coming from though. It's a bit messed up. But my first run was around 230 hours, as I did everything I could find.
I can kinda understand that. I started off loving Fallout 4 when I first played that. I ended up putting 300+ hours into it(I fully explored just about every area in the game), and the more time you put into something, the more apparent the flaws can became. I don't hate Fallout 4 or anything, but I'd give it around a 6 or 6.5 out of 10, so pretty disappointing after loving both 3 and New Vegas. It's been years since I last played it though, so maybe once the Series X update finally comes out, and I finally play the full package, as I've only played the launch version so no DLC, I might feel differently.
