Free Play Days features three free Xbox games this weekend

    Xbox Free Play Days has returned, and both Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Xbox Game Pass Core subscribers now have three free games they can play over the weekend.

    Stop calling it free play days.
    Playstation never menaged to established a mascot. Not Drake, Alay or Helghasts.

    I rarely utilize these opportunities but I'll try to make the time/effort to try out Catan. Love the actual board game, but curious how it plays as a video game.
    I'm escaping to the one place that hasn't been corrupted by capitalism...SPACE!

    There have been better video game implementations (The discontinued 360 game was streets ahead of this one) but it is still fun.
    I personally found it much better than Sea of Stars.

    I don't know about the others but TCM is actually free. I don't have Games Pass and playing it online as I type this.

    You pay for something. They add an additional benefit later on that you do not pay anything extra for. That extra content is free. You are not paying another $1 when they add the free play games. Your sub price does not go up, the games get added for free.

    You buy a game for $40. Patches are added to the game over the years. Updates are implemented. NG+ is added. You never paid a dime more than the original $40 for the game. Those patches, updates etc were free.

    Catan stopped working on my Series S after a recent update, works on the One though

    Anyone know if you could do all the Catan achievements vs a second controller? Or does it have to be against the AI?

    Yes you could, very easily, better with three or four, as you need three minimum I believe
