Chicory and Supraland are on my to do list. Anyone who played Supraland Six inches under, how does it compare to the original Supraland?
I completed Supraland SIU not too long ago and really enjoyed it. I would say its pretty much the same experience as the first one (I mean in a good way) but its been a long time since I played the first. Really got me hyped for SupraWorld
Is it still really glitchy? I really like the first game, but it sounds like this second one had a lot of bugs.

I hope Chicory doesn't leave as I've been meaning to get to that at some point.

I'm deeply engrossed in Baldurs Gate 3 at the moment though, so won't be just yet haha

Please not Railway Empire 2 or Snow Runner.... facepalm

Two excellent games that I will have to buy if they leave soon.

I just completed Six Inches Under a month or two ago. I didn't run into any serious bugs within the game itself, but there was a problem with the save file that screwed me over a bit. In a nutshell, the game tries to autosave every few minutes, but it's possible for that autosave to glitch out, and then the game just won't save. When you quit out and restart, it goes back to the last autosave before it glitched.

When this first happened to me, I didn't notice that it was glitched (the "Saving..." icon in the lower right just always stayed on screen, but I never actually took note of it). The progress bar stopped tracking, but everything in the game itself was functioning normally, and quick resume worked just fine, so I didn't know there was a problem until I actually quit out of the game, and then when I restarted, I had lost like 6-8 hours' worth of progress. The good news is, it was a lot faster to do the second time, since I'd already figured out all the puzzles! laugh

Even with that, I still enjoyed the game nearly as much as the first. Like BAE 10 said, it didn't do a whole lot to change up the formula from the original, but that's not really a bad thing. I think of this more as an expansion pack for the first Supraland than a fully-fleshed sequel, but that didn't take away from the overall fun factor for me.

Alright thanks, was just kinda worried after seeing the comments in the game's forum. Most of the comments and complaints did seem to be closer to when the game launched though, it must have had patches since then I'd assume.

Yeah, I heard a ton about bugs at launch, which is one of the reasons I didn't jump into it right away. But aside from that one glaring save issue (which is easy to recognize once you know what to look for), I didn't run into any major issues as of a couple months ago.

I do believe Fuga 2 is indeed going to leave Game Pass very soon as the first one only stayed for a year.

As of December I didn’t have any big glitches.

Hopefully the 12 month speculations are wrong.

10+ in a month are too many.

    Like ethically too many.

Not that it couldn't happen. But shouldn't.

Ughhh guess that means I really need to play Monkey Island since I refuse to pay money for that art style.

Nevermind, I apparently own this. Joke's on me!
Not since Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts has a beautiful and signature art style been perverted for a sequel.

The Eiyuden game is cheap as chips (<£4) in the Spring sale, so I've bought it. I'm close to finishing the main story, but will have to level the fetch quests a while as they do get tedious if you do too many at once.

I recently beat Chicory and had a great time with it. Super chill game where I could listen to a podcast or audiobook while playing. I also recommend Citizen Sleeper (amazing game, but not for everyone), Planet of Lana and Return to Monkey Island. All games I enjoyed.

Has anyone played Loot River or Soccer Story? I'm interested in those and might start one of them up next.

I've played Loot river and I was not thrilled. It's not a bad game, but it gets repetitive quickly despite it's original movement progression. Also it's more of a rogue like in the sense that you barely feel any progression after unlocking the most relevant pieces of gear, you just grind for the completion relatively early. It's a fairly quick completion though so if you start it you're not stuck with it for too long.
I'm currently playing Ghostlore (A-RPG, diablo like with an interesting lore), it's really nice. Much better on PC because the inventory management is easier / faster with a mouse, but apart from that I had a blast. It's really fun to min max the character, although the game doesn't seem too hard (I might regret those words as I haven't finished the last hell gate levels).
On that list, I also envoyed Chicory, Fuga 2, Eiyuden CR and Return to monkey island in their respective genres. Solid choices overall.

It depends what comes in. If 10+ leave in a month but 15+ quality games are added, it's a net win for subscribers. smile
