I haven’t even played thru the last group yet. It’s more of a chore than enjoyable for these participation trophies they call updates.

This is why i stopped pushing years ago, it means nothing anymore, back in the day, a million was a milestone, now it's a joke that can be done in 2-3 months if you really wanted to, provided you've got access to the games.

I loved all those easy gamerscore games for years but I have to admit that lately I have a little fatigue for all those games. I think at this points it's just buying achievements. Some games you don't really have to play them more than 10 minutes and you clearly see that those games are just made for easy GS. Overdrive Blaster is a good exemple of this. At least they could still do easy achievements, but let me play the game more than 5 minutes please.

And for all the complainers, let's be honest here : We all earn achievements for ourselves. I personally don't care for anyone profiles and games they have completed. I always liked achievements for myself and my own entertainment. So just play what you want and enjoy what you want. Achievements are just made to have fun and some people take this way too seriously. Personally, I just think some of these games don't even let you play the game enough and you're already done. I just ask for more gameplay before I have the full completion. Many of these games are actually fun to play but earning 20 achievements in 2 minutes aren't that fun for me anymore.

It's a bit amusing that you encounter so many people today who claim to believe in freedom of speech, freedom of choice, do whatever you want as long as you're not committing crimes. Unless it's something they personally don't like. Then everybody who does that thing is stupid, the cause of the problem and ruining the world. laughfacepalm

Bring on the titles. Keep bringing them. The masses LOVE the new arrivals (ironically speaking)!! This, my friends, is WHY the developers of ACTUALLY GOOD TITLES do not pay too much attention to the Microsoft Store. It's because they know that in order for the Microsoft Store to look NICE, it has to be FLUFFED with LOTS of Easy-Pletions!! The Store has a lot of FLUFF! But there are those who will play whatever. They really don't care. Concerning the Store, as long as money is coming in from titles being bought, the team is OK with that.

Easy-Pletions have their advantages. They might be hated by many. But they are there, and people are playing them.

Nope, they are not. The titles are there and are still being bought. True, it might not be the fat cash from their goods and services that fills their pockets. But hey, it's some amount of money that fills their tip jars.
