Good price on Terminator: Resistance to fuel my 80's Terminator nostalgia.

Othercide is $5.99 and is one of the most unique strategy games I’ve ever played. It’s played on XCOM style scenario maps in a dark Victorian/Cthulu/Giger-esque world. The game is open information, you know exactly how each type of enemy acts the trick is you managing that and turn order on a timeline. All your interesting abilities for each of your “soldiers (called Sisters) costs a % of that Sister’s life and the only way to heal a sister as you make your way through a campaign is by sacrificing a higher level Sister to do it. Trust me that is a painful strategic choice.

Couple that with epic, brutal boss battles and know that the game wants you to fail. When you do you reset time and start the campaign (which is the final 7 days before doomsday) and you can spend earned power (a sort of experience called Remembrances) on bonuses for your next run, making it sort of a a turn based, XCOM-like souls-lite (no twitch reflexes required but skill, nonetheless, still required).

If I can convince one person to buy and actually play Othercide then typing this will have been worth it.

Their terms:

• Game tokens are sent through Xbox Message Center.
• Free DLC does not qualify as a purchase for the game token.
• DLC must be purchased from Microsoft to qualify. DLC purchased from other retailers such as Steam, or sites that sell codes do not qualify for the token.
• DLC purchased during a sale or on discount from Microsoft does qualify for the token."

I bought the DLC via a code site, not via the store, so I'm sure that's why I didn't get it.
Do all of these apply to you? Otherwise I'd use the sale, just to make sure.
