great guide, one thing though, the place where you indicate the observer achievement unlocks is not where the achievement unlocked for me, and per comments on the solution for it, other people as well. it unlocked after interacting with the last graffiti, street artist achievement. its possible it includes all 3 types of collectibles (so memories as well), but id definitely move the achievement location to that spot in the WT
if someone misses a collectible throughout the game, the can visit the gallery to view what they have and dont have to confirm what theyre missing, then replay that chapter to find it
