I have a 360-only and a 360-bc game started a long time ago with 0G/no achievements and I hid both of them a couple years ago on my Xbox One.

I removed the “hiding thing” and booted the 360-bc game on Series X (i don't have the other now) and it's visible on both consoles.
Jumped on 360, pressed X and deleted the game: disappeared from there but still visible if i look at my list on Series/app.

Maybe i should boot it directly from the 360? (the 360 bc game is a NTSC-U so i get an error when i try to downoald it on my PAL).

I'm starting to think that maybe if you hide them on new gens consoles before deleting them on 360 they will still be on your list no mattet what.

Any way to remove those games for good? Ideas?

Yeah you can still do that, provided you didn't unlock any achievements. Did so myself last week. :)

Is there something I screwed up by hiding them first on One? Now I can’t see them anymore when looking from 360

Does hiding on the One not do the same thing then? I must admit I didn't even know you could hide them there. Guessing you can't simply boot them up again?

No, hiding just hides them but they're still actually on your list..deleting them completely removes them from your list for good.

So here's the new thing. Since i only own the bc-360 game digitally (the other is an old 2009 360 only disc game i don't have now) i booted it up on Series X: the game/achievement list showed again on 360 as well with 0G.
I went to 360, pressed X to delete the game and all went good but the game is still visible if looking from Series or phone app.

I'm starting to think that maybe if you hide them on newer gens console before deleting them on 360 they will always be visible no matter what you do.

That might be the case then yeah, interesting. Can you not just delete them on the 360, then re-hide them on the Series? Think that'll be the closest you can get to 'deleting' them at this point.

Yes you can do that any time you want as long as they stay 0G of course.
I'm going to rebuy the old 360 disc only game and try with that as well to see if that's defintiely the case tho
