New DiRT 3 Gameplay Trailer Released

    Details on a Pre-order bonus too

    Codemasters have released a new short and sweet trailer for their upcoming Rally title, DiRT 3.

    The video highlights different parts of content for the upcoming game including; Rally, Rallycross, Gymkhana, the variable weather conditions, night racing and a few of the different and impressive looking racing locations.

    In order to build up the number of pre-orders for DiRT 3, Codemasters have revealed that the "Superteams Pack" will be available at seleceted retailers as a pre-order bonus. The "Superteams Pack" includes four exclusive teams and unlocks 14 cars to put through their paces on the track as soon as the pack has been downloaded!

    Here are more details on what's included with the pack, including the teams you can drive for, the vehicles you can drive and the bonus events you can take part in:

    The Superteams pack unlocks the Texaco Racing Team, Brembo Racing Team, Team Yokohama and Mobil 1 Performance Team, allowing players to drive for those teams, boosting their driver rep and giving them exclusive team liveries.

    The list of "selected retailers" for the pre-order bonus hasn't been announced, but when the list is announced, we will be sure to update the article to let you all know.

    DiRT 3 is still set for a global release on May 24th 2011.

    Can't wait to get 49/50 achievements on this then wait forever for a patch to fix the last achievement which never turns up. (sequence shortened for clarity)

    The gymkhana is going to be the best part.
    I swear, that mode sounds extremely interesting and obstacle coursey (I know that isn't a word/phrase, OH WELL!)

    Not only am I super excited for this game, but when I saw this trailer over the weekend I was exposed to South Central, and now I can't stop listening to them! Whoo Dirt 3!

    Looks like a mix of Dirt 2 and GRID.
