    I really like this series, would love a "build-your-own" deck feature, but I guess this is designed to be the gateway drug into Magic proper!

    this game is not ment for people like you. it is ment for newcomers to magic, to get hooked, and then spend their cash on the real deal.

    i love the fact that the xbox games are limited. all decks are (more or less) balanced and it's fun to play against different decks and have a chance of winning.

    it's lame to go to a FNM standard (i go nearly every week) and play against people who spend 200+€ on a deck just to win on a friday night magic (message to those people: go play modern or legacy, you dickheads)
    Yeah I can understand the last part. I recently went back to school and as I discovered the College campus is rife with MTG more then I remember high school being. Luckily there is a good mix between $300 decks and people with upgraded cores but any time of day you can find someone (or multiple people) to play with.

    Awesome the first look at M2014 as well. Seeing as that card hasn't previously been released we can expect it to be a new mythic Black. smile

    Planeswalker cards takes out a lot of the skill in magic. Its the worst thing they have came up with since the game started. I used to play back in around 1994. :)

    I hope they dont put any planeswalker cards in the game.

    Am I the only one who would enjoy this series more if the gameplay were like Pokemon: The Trading Card Game on Gameboy? laugh
    My teeth taste funny today. They seem more jagged than normal.
