Yeah. Don't look at what the game's about, or anything beyond its genre. That's so passe. Dismissing a game simply because its genre is popular is the smart thing to do. What if a shooter brings something new to the table, or is just generally really well made? Nah--doesn't matter, because shooters are games for the lower class plebeians too stupid or too poor to play
real video games.
See, judging a book by its cover is the way to go. I mean, who wants to read a book anyway?
NOBODY LIKES BOOKS! I just want them in my bookcase so people think I read books/am smart. And when I bring some honey over, she's all like "Wow, look at those books that also have cool covers. This guy is smart AND he's a great interior decorator
AND he's rich (that's like fi'teen books!)" And then they sleep with me... because of the implication. See, since I don't read books, and I just look at their covers, I want them to look good in my bookcase. They are effectively chick magnets made out of paper, but the ladies don't know that! They just think I have really good taste in books. I'm getting off track... what was I talking about?
