I'm confused. How can they justify a price tag of 50 bucks for a GoD? In stores, brand new, it's 10 bucks more. Are they saying that the extra 10 bucks covers the cost of a CD, printing it, making the cover, designing the artwork, distributing it, and stocking it?

I smell manure from a bovine animal here. But regardless, my disposable income doesn't cover even $50 video games.
Smokey, this is not 'Nam. This is bowling. There are rules.

Honestly this has been a problem for a long time...it's the debate between what you actually get (and what it cost) vs. the "convenience" of them selling you something you don't have to go anywhere for.

Generally I steer clear of GoD because so many of the prices are so high, but with different promotions and sales I probably have about 25 of them now...some of us are trying to drive home the fact that old games still sell when they are cheap!

The other downside (especially in the next-gen) is STORAGE SPACE. I still haven't seen any info on XBO data size for games, but I know the PS4 has a mandatory install and some of the games top 40GB. Those 500GB hard drives will be full in no time at all!
Look at me so I can finish!

I think you may have this wrong, author.

Also... 489MB for a full retail game? Fuck that. That should be an arcade. DEFINITELY not worth £30, either.

Killzone Shadow Fall is closer to 50GB than 40GB, and considering it won't be a full 500GB HDD, just a little under that, and updates and stuff that will leave space for about 9 games which is pretty lame. External storage needs to arrive pretty quickly. I know that on PS4 you can swap out the internal drive but unless you get a large replacement straight away that will still be quite inconvenient down the road

Fight with Alysa and Jeremy against hordes of enemies.
So Jeremy was the best name they could come up with for a hack 'n slash main character? Seriously?

The arcade TMNT is larger than the retail TMNT. 1.78 GB for arcade vs 489 MB for retail. I am comparing the ones that came out this year, not the prior games.

None what so ever. You will have to get the xbox one version to stack it
