1. For "Mission Eight: The Hive", the items seem to be out of order. The first item mentions the second part of the level, implying everything listed after it is in the second part as well ... but Helmet 2/3 is in the first section.
2. For "Mission Twenty: Underground", first of all the magazine listed isn't an Ego reward at all. It's the exact same magazine as one already listed earlier, so you don't need to get it again. There should only be 34 rewards listed in the walkthrough.
Second, the answering machine listed (11/14) is not in this level at all. It's at the very start of the previous level, "Generator Room".
3. For "Mission Twenty-Two: Blowin' The Dam", it says " When you exit through the window it's directly to your left". It's on the right.
I came here to say the same. I almost missed the Generator room collectible.
Fix please.
