The marketplace still shows it as $9.99.

Had this one forever, but never played it. Wish it was the original instead of this remake.

will the online achievements still be obtainable? does the game use the live service so therefor will always be playable*?

Regardless of whether you want the game or not, the fact they told us before hand, while also giving us a sale on the content, is a step in the right direction, and sets a good example for other companies to follow.

At least they had the courtesy to announce it more than a few days in advance. I don't like it when games are de-listed without warning. The price decrease is a nice touch as well, will probably end up grabbing it before it goes away.

I've had Burger Time sitting as a trial for years now. I refused to buy it because it was 10USD.
I guess buying it is now or never.

Already have the game but thanks for the announcement. It's nice to hear some warning when a game gets pulled. It's even better when the price drops making it easier for those of us with a limited budget. Thanks again! Hope there will be an announcement of a game I don't have next time.
