Yeah the story side is really very vague and uninformative.

If anyone would like to volunteer to improve this walkthrough to include the missing details, that would be of great help.

I did this game a while ago but I don't mind becoming an editor to help finish little bits. I'll give this a read tonight so I know what work would need to be done.

Hey guys I am the new editor for this walkthrough. It's been a while but I will replay it if I need to.

Before I get down to work I want input from those that believe some parts don't have enough information. So what do you want added to the walkthrough.

I will be probably starting off with a more in depth mission guide and maybe a bit of a written part for the collectibles too for those who don't always like videos.

Thanks for any input on what you believe is needed,
    Dang3R Gaming.

The MP pages need to reflect the dead community. Maybe you should give a boosting route and a non-boosting route. That is what I tend to do. Only Golden Gun is active, and that is not always.

I've been playing the multiplayer a lot this last month, and without meaning any offence, this information is completely wrong. There is very rarely a Golden Gun game going on outside of boosting sessions (this is true of all game modes actually), however there is almost always a game of Team Conflict to be found, often more than one in fact. The online community is very small, true, but I managed to gain the best part of 50,000 credits from legit play in the past few weeks, it is only this past weekend I began to boost.

[edit] as for the missing Power Weapon info, I'll come up with some text that can be inserted at the appropriate points, in the style of the existing guide

You have played it more recent the me then! I played a few months back.

    How things change!

Danger, I think it would be best for you to play it again (MP). See if you can get different match types at different times. It seems my experience has become outdated.

I will surely do that I will mainly try evenings UK time as that's a more active time for the US as more of them will be up by that time

In the Miami Airport chapter, right after where the Moonraker achievement is located, you should insert "After the third cellphone in the level, you will go up the stairs past the white van and a man will run out of a door across the hallway in front of you... the special weapon for this level is in the room he ran out of."

In the Montenegro Train chapter, after the video for the cellphones you should insert "The special weapon for this level is located in the same section of the carriage as the second cellphone, tucked away behind the bar where the goons were shooting at you from. There is a fire extinguisher very close to it which should be easy to spot."

The Casino Royale chapter lists a Special Weapon at the top of the chapter, but there isn't one, so that should be removed.

In the Barge chapter, for some reason the author hasn't given the usual cellphone guide video so you'll have to find something to fill in there. To be honest, the videos mentioned earlier in the thread made by Plasma SKX (found in the solutions pages) are far better than the ones used in the walkthrough, so that would be my choice. Whatever you choose, you should insert after the cellphone guide "When you pick up the fifth cellphone of the chapter from its shelf, you should find you are standing practically on top of this level's special weapon."

In the Venice chapter, you should insert after the cellphone video "After picking the third cellphone up from the chair, you will advance to a balcony overlooking a courtyard with some wooden pillars, a disused gondola and some enemies shooting at you. Head into the room on the left side of where you emerged onto the balcony and on the big workbench there you should find this level's special weapon."

In the Echo Hotel chapter, after the You Just Need One Shot achievement, you should insert "After collecting the third cellphone from the little office, move steadily through the parking lot eliminating all the enemies (there are a lot!). As you approach the doorway at the far end, you should notice a raised area on your right with a metal fence around it, and just past that a steel shutter door that has been opened by a couple of gunmen during the previous fight. Make your way past the trolleys and boxes that are scattered in front of it and in the back left corner you should find your final special weapon of the game."

This is the point in the guide where the player will unlock
Quantum of SolaceThunderballThe Thunderball achievement in Quantum of Solace worth 103 pointsCollect all power weapons.

I am fairly sure that Golden Gun and Team Conflict at least have a match going more so on weekends.

I doubt that. I did this game a year ago evening UK time which is most popular, some weekdays some weekends and I only found the odd random. I doubt that has changed too much

So did anything actually get done with this? I notice it still lists a Special Weapon in the Casino Royale chapter when I pointed out that there isn't one, so I'm guessing nothing has really been done...

Sorry about that. I have been doing a rough edit in word bit by bit but over the past few months have had to concentrate on exams and college work so I will get back to it by the end of the month and hope to have the edits up not long after.

I will change the multiplayer section to include boosting methods since thats pretty much the only way now as well as replacing the collectible videos with new ones that actually show everything in the level including weapons.

Okay guys I have completely updated the story page but left the multiplayer page as it is as boosting is quite easy to do on this game and shouldnt really require too much explanation. The videos i put in either arent showing on my browser or the links arent working properly but besides that there are no problems and the new edits should go up soon.

Will check it out and let you know how it is. Not sure if you need someone to add PC specific bugs or not.

The new edits have been implemented. When inserting youtube videos, make sure the url is "http://" and not "https://".

It says there are no multiplayer only achievements in the first page, yet there is a multiplayer section, and 19 apparent online only achievements. I'm assuming this is just something accidentally looked over? or is it true that those can be attained while offline?
