If that Target deal includes Xbox Live Gold cards, it's pretty tempting. Actually, if it includes Xbox Live bucks it's tempting too.

You'd be best served to buy two cards with the same value.

That's a win for me on AC:BF (Xbox One). I haven't played it yet and it's still $60 new at Gamestop. Blarg. Think I'm going to be hitting up Amazon today!

They are really pushing Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition. I dove the 360 version and it seems like it will be a pretty amazing game. I might be tempted to get the ONE version...

Target sale includes xbox live cards as well as money cards.

Also they have a deal of getting 20.00 off COD ghosts when you reserve COD AW or Madden 15. get them to price match Walmart and get it for 9.99.

Multiplayer is brutal.

You can't combine deals when price matching. It's either or.

Also, with as much discounting as I've seen on Ghosts over the last couple of months I'm guessing this thing sold absolutely nowhere near expectations. Used to be COD games would hold their value pretty well.

That's what their policy says, yes, but the point-of-sale system allows it. Then it's up to the reps to decide whether to let it though. Here's hundreds of success stories from a previous sale: http://www.cheapassgamer.com/topic/331824-psatarget-15-off-a...

Yup, I do it all the time when they have the "Reserve a game for $1, get $15 off any games priced $30 or more" Last time they had that deal Amazon had Titanfall for $35 and Tomb Raider for $30. :)

I've never really understood why there are random preorder bonuses that show up on this list every week. The Madden bonus is for all preorders regardless of location. There should either be a full post for both or not listed at all.

Cooke4LadyByng said:Microsoft store has Ghosts for $11.99 physical copy and $49.99 digital download.Digital downloads are the future, retail is the past. One day our kids will listen at our knee while we recount stories of once upon a time putting little plastic disks in a slot to play a game, and it will be as quaint as turning a dial on a phone to dial a number, or putting a needle on a vinyl disk to hear music, or churning our own butt...SCREEEEEEEECH !!

Wait a minute !!

Is that 38 US dollars cheaper to get the physical copy with an actual box and a folded sheet of paper that might have once been a manual facepalm, over the digital download !?!2

Yet another example of digital STILL not being ready for prime time. Now I understand not undercutting retail channels with a killer digital price, but if you sell them right next to each other, on the same webpage, and there is such an extreme and completely illogical price difference favoring the version that has to be shipped hundreds of miles in a truck by some dude... Why ?

Thanks for the clarification. I guess my Target is just a real stickler for making me pay as much as they can make me.
