I am wondering if I have to Confirm in order for the marketplace to recognize the prior WP8 purchase to then get it free.

Just don't want to hit Confirm and be out $5 when I don't have to be...

Just bought Hitman from this thread!! So Hitman is also a cross-buy that mean i can grab Win 8 free? If it's the case then it's great to justify the cost to bought an unplayable AC Pirates Win 8 version last week.

Hitman GO is the way to go if you have a WP. Game didn't show up as being free in the store after buying it but I went to Account on the header clicked my apps and it was in the list of apps to download. Make it rain came out today too for W8 worth picking up for some easy achievements and a fairly easy completion.

Hitman Sniper was released yesterday, hence the repeat sale on Hitman Go (at Christmas and 1st Anniversary in April), but of course we only got the game about a month ago so this is an even better deal.
