achievement dont open in xbox live

hey guys i have a problem here, in my achievs in the game i open this > one step, one footprint, i dont know what happen this dont wnat open in my xbox live, all the other achievs is normal, someone have this same problem ?
NOTE: i am NOT using bug time.

note2: i see now, happen again when i killed the first boss, the achevo pop in the gane but not in xbox, only in the game, the achiev line green in the top dobt show, so i leave the game fast and back and i choose cloud save, so i do again abd kill the boss and it open :) :) :)....

but the problem now is, the achiev that i said in the fist time how i am going open this ? :'( God someone helpppp :(

I've had the same problem but with the I See You achievement, the one for opening upp all areas. Don't know what to do to get it to unlock. Unlocked in-game, but not on XBL.
