HolyHa1fDead said:It's not going to kill sales, but it will harm them. There are those that can't affored $60 for GoW:UE that can now go out and buy GoW for $5 instead. I will be interested to see if they add more to the campaign than just the PC missions.Well two things about that: GoW:UE has been announced to be $39.99 by Rod Fergusson. So it's already somewhat bargain priced. Secondly the PC only added one campaign mission, this is supposed to have five. John DiMaggio, Marcus' voice actor, has also said on Twitter that he got to record new stuff. So clearly the four new campaigns are going to be new stuff.
Microsoft didn't just do this for the consumer.Of course they didn't. And none of the changes Sony made at the previous E3 to bury Xbox One weren't made with fans in mind, they were made to swing public opinion in their direction. But in the end these things benefit the consumer and that's all I care about. This is a great slap back at Sony for that E3 since Sony has all but stated the only way you'll be playing older games on your consoles is if you buy them again digitally. Competition is indeed good for the consumer.
Looking to boost any MP achievements I don't have for any game I own.
