I was totally hoping for discount on Oddworld, escapists and lifeless planet for bean dive. Spose ill have to settle for batman, and goat Sims and monopoly.

    Another time Abe!!
I was also hoping for Oddworld cry

Still haven't started the Escapists and Lifeless Planet was an easy completion, but a bit dull imo. Definitely would recommend waiting for the sale.

They advertise 50% off but then only give 17% off some titles. You have been warned (you can contact support and tell them this fact and ask for a refund of the difference)

Where is the error in those screenprints?

Normalprice for korra is $15 and goat simulator is $10..your screenshots shows exactly 40%off for silver and 50%off for gold

Congratulations for "scamming" a Microsoft phonesupporter though, and getting 75% off instead of what you are entitled to
I thought you can't refund anything, it says that when you buy anything.
And Maize is right about the % :)

Bought TT pack (just love the games as I already have it on PS4), Lego Batman (since it includes all that DLC) and AC China.

Personally I feel Fable trilogy is the best deal among the listed games. 3 solid games for the price of 1!

Probably pick up all the Telltale season passes. Maybe Hardline for the One as well, but most likely not.

Normal price for Korra in Canada is $8.99, normal price for Goat Simulator is $5.99 (as the screenshot shows) *Note this is the 360 version, the X1 version is $14.99 - http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-CA/Product/The-Legend-of-Korr...

Edit: Just double checked, here's more screenshots of the pricing errors http://i.imgur.com/30ymR6P.jpg - http://i.imgur.com/Yepesv2.jpg

Also, I didn't buy either title so I can't exactly get anything I didn't pay for now can I? I just noticed the difference when considering making the purchase and thought I'd inform others so they don't get screwed.

Edit 2: I checked other titles, 100% of the 360 titles have a lower regular price than the discount advertised claims. The X1 titles are all correct.

Awesome job with the list! I unfortunately didn't see anything I really want. Got the Bioware games and the Fables. Maybe Injustice for when I'm feeling comic book nerdy. Is it just a weekly sale? Missed last year but previously didn't they have daily sales as well?

I heard recently ac4 black flag even though it was past the transferable date it still showed up in the ready to install of you bought the 360 season pass. I know the 3rd expansion is coming out soon. I refused the buy the destiny expansion as there were no achievements but 3rd expansion requires the original 2 dlc and supposedly is new achievementsIt's not, not any more - you needed to have bought it before January 15th this year, I think. There will be versions that include all existing content, so might want to wait and pick that up instead.

Personally, I can't really recommend the game or expansions at this point - and that's coming from someone that's put way too much time into the game.

I mean, look at TWD Seasons. They were pretty damn cheap at one point. I have such a backlog of games I think I'll be waiting.

Thanks Chewie for the compilation. I envy you not.

I think what you see as the normal price is the silver discounted price.
I think the normal price of Goat is 10$. Silver discount of 40% = 6$, and Gold discount of 50% = 5$.
Welcome to TA, where stats are made up and some achievements do not matter.

The 360 shop cant have several discounts on the same title, at the same time..so for sales that both have discounts for silver and gold, they have to change the normal Price to the silver Price...
The Xbox one shop is a completely different shop, which is also why you currently cant buy backwardscompatible 360 titles on the one.

And yes..korra is normally priced at $14.99 and goat simulator at $9.99 on BOTH the 360 and the Xbox one....

So they're either violating Canadian labeling laws (requires the original price to be displayed) or advertising laws (advertising a discount for a price that no one currently pays) or both.

No they are not.....they are not required to write the original Price, aslong as they write what the discount is, and they can prove that the titles was actually sold at the "real" Price before the sale.

Even if what you write was true..you can never get punished for writing a "before Price" that is too low...only the other way around

They are required to, any product that you can't inspect the contents of prior to purchase has the same rules across Canada. Read up on it if you like... http://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/C-38/page-7.html?texthighlight=price#s-18. - 18.(d) to be specific.

Also, when you reduce the price that everyone pays (ie: the regular price) the 'membership discount price' is the discount between that price and the price you're paying, ie: 17% not 50%. They can dress it up in whatever marketing terms they want, it's still considered a deceptive marketing practice in this country.

Again..they dont reduce the normal Price...its a one week sale....and its not stated anywhere that the silverdiscounted Price is the normal Price...just because you dont understand the sale, doesnt mean its illegal.....

But yeah...the discounts are correct, ALL of them..if you think you have a case, feel free to sue them.

I have done everything to explain to you how the sale Works, and if you still dont get it, i dont think you ever will...so im out of this debate...have a nice day...
