I still can't believe the number of people left in. Crazy. I couldn't earn that many achievements in a week, let alone a day. Kudos and good luck to all!

I thought they'd be playing kind of obscure easy 1k's, not Halo MCC and Mortal Kombat X.

Well good luck to those that remain, the winner's looking at least 45 years of TA pro account shock
I used to write Walkthroughs like you, then I took an arrow to the knee

Impressive to see the results. Cant help but check how many people get eliminated a day.

Eventually it is going to come to 10 people and no one being eliminated for awhile. Who ever wins has won a life time of pro for sure.

Halo has 500 achievements in it so it makes sense. Mortal Kombat though..... not sure about that one. Its a new(ish) game so that might be why.

Being one of the 37 left I have to admit its getting crazy at day 44. I never thought there would still be this many left at this point. Just shows how competitive members of this site can be.

Everyday, I look at the leaderboard and think, "Oh, this is the day that a dozen people croak out." And pretty much everyday, it's just 4. Keep it up, ye mighty warriors!

Congrats to everyone still in the contest amazing dedication.

Just wondering are we going to see any stats relating to the GTASC in a similar vein to this at some point?

If I didn't croak last night I would've today. Going into some very busy days which leaves no room to get the required achievements anymore. 40th place is still something though I guess. At least I was the last one from my country.

Isn't this getting really expensive for the participants now? I mean, they need to have the games to do all those achievements in. And they need fast achievements, as they don't really have much time. And they already did 900 in the last weeks, so there cannot really be a huge backlog of easy ones I guess. So how are they doing this? shock

So how are they doing this? shockAfter getting over 800 in the competition I still have over 15K achievements in games in my backlog. Although mine is more extreme than most it's true that a lot of gamers have a big backlog. Buying a lot of sales + the GwG games and such can create a collection. But I don't like popping a few easy ones and move on, right now I want to go back to the started games in the frog leap to finish them.
